Ubuntu respin tutorial?

For Manjaro you created an excellent tutorial on how to create a respin. Is it possible to do the same for Ubuntu or Xubuntu?

The latter would interest me more, though.

Spatry did a video on this a long time ago.  Go to his channel and search for remastersys. or just use this link, https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BHD523QRqXg  follow his guide. it's much easier then doing a Manjaro spin.   Remastersys is no longer around. It has been forked by OS4.  its now called OS4 imager.    you can get it form this link.   http://sourceforge.net/projects/os4systemimage/files/Remastersys%203.0.4-2/
download and install the Core first. that's the one  labeled. ALL.   then grab the GUI. that goes with your system, 32 or 64 bit.  It has an easy to use GUI. you can probably figure out how to do it on your own. it's pretty easy.
