[SOLVED] Conflicting Files memtest

Trying to install second MCOLE update.The following is what I get when trying to install.How do I Fix this?

└──> I found solution on my own,if anyone else has this issue.I just went and found the 60_memtest86+ file and renamed it I just added backup at the end.
