In order to talk on Mumble you have to have a moderation on the server to verify that you are registered on the forum and to register your certificate for use. When you're on the server next just send me a message on the forum (I will get a notification on my phone and can pop into the server to register you).

Please see the rules. This question has already been answered there. Your Mumble name must be the same as your forum name. This makes it easier for moderators to verify that your account is in good standing. You will also need to verbally state to the moderator that you have read the rules and agree to follow them in order to be registered on the Mumble server. The procedures we have in place ensure an enjoyable experience for everyone.

This happens when you've generated a certificate on and told the server which one you would like to use, then regenerate a certificate which the server doesnt have in its database and it refuses to think that you are who you say you are. Are you trying to join Mumble on multiple computers?
