Google Calendars
« on: April 24, 2015, 08:23:35 PM »
An odd thing has happened to me with Google Calendar.
I started with Google.com on my desktop pc.
Then selected Google Calendar.
I made entries.
I go to my laptop and to my table, open Google,
and select Calendar and all my entries are there.
Good.  So far!!
Google Play (or is it Google Store) has an app called Google Calendar.
I install it and look for my entries.
Nothing.  No entries.
Why?
There seems to be 2 Google Calendars
and they don't talk to each other.
Suggestions.

There is a way for people to toggle their calendars, I know once or twice before I've had to re-enable my work calendar to be able to see it in my app. On my phone when you swipe from the left to the right on the very edge it will open a menu to which I can see my account and then two of my calendars (they're colored and at the very bottom).

Hi,
I had some similar problem but solved them through menu and account setting.
But have another one. Have anyone set up notification for birthday noted in the calendar?
Thank you!

Welcome to the community. I believe that you need to sign into one Google account to sync data across multiple devices. PERSONALLY... I wanted a calendar which DOES NOT sync with google or anything else!

Now... Something I have noticed... there are a lot of copycats and wannabees on Google Play... I will be looking for something and there will be a long list of apps related to the search but often missing the target! I believe a lot of app developers are keyword spamming their apps there... it is frustrating to be sure.
