Hello, i installed this awesome cup of linux distro and i like it mainly because it is really power conservative. BUT... i would like to see battery indicator included by default! I dont wanna look for it myself i want it to be there by default!! Anyways, Your linux distro is top of the line AWESOMENESS!!!

A battery indicator is useless on desktop systems. 3 quick steps to add the utility...

  • Right click panel  and select panel in the menu >
  • click  add new items >
  • pick Battery Monitor (top of the list alphabetically... no searching)
Configuring it is easy too... Just right click the battery monitor and choose properties... There are plenty of options to change how it behaves and what colors it uses.

Windows assumes the user is an idiot... Linux DEMANDS Proof!
