Hello from NC
« on: November 01, 2014, 01:07:12 AM »
I'm terrible at these but here goes.

I've been using Linux since 07' starting with Blag, a fully free (as in freedom) system based off Fedora. Ever since I've been climbing the distro ladder, I've now been using Gentoo for quite some time, and like it quite a bit because of the freedom to make it your own.

Also! I would like to hear some of your opinions on systemd, I tried to comment on your channel but youtube wasn't allowing it for some reason.

Welcome to the community ik2uz. To answer your question about systemd: I do not have any reason to dislike it. I have always used what works. I am running Manjaro which has systemd and it has been the most trouble-free and longest running distribution I have ever used. Prior to using Manjaro, I was distro-hopping a lot.

I welcome any other comments about systemd from members of the community.
