Title: Brian's Mint MATE Remix with KWin Now available
Post by: Brian on November 24, 2014, 10:11:25 AM
Alrighty then, so I decided to see how my MATE spin would do on KWin, and I gotta say it's pretty darn snazzy. It has wobbly windows, it has the cube, all of the great KWin effects.. You can check it out over on Sourceforge. BMMR-K (https://sourceforge.net/projects/bhumrc/files/BMMR-K/).

LQQKING good, Brian! I like the theme better, but I still say those icons should be switched out to something more traditional...

Title: Re: Brian's Mint MATE Remix with KWin I found the installer on the live

Hello Brian,  I have found the installer icon and installed your remix twice onto 2 different computers.

The Installer icon is located by clicking on Bubba's Home icon showing on the desktop, and then clicking on the desktop icon within that Bubba's Home folder. Your installer icon is the only icon within that folder but I was only able to run the installer by right clicking on that installer icon and run as administrator. Double clicking on that installer icon did nothing for me.
