hi everyone! I am new to linux and brand new to this website, clearly ! i am very open to installing linux as my host os but i just have one question.... how solid is running games off wine ? will they be choppy/laggy ? i want to be able to play overwatch. the rest of my games are on steam i know that won't be a problem. any input is welcomed :)

those game which ones not working anymore newer windows like vista to w10, will work better in linux with wine.

those games whichones working lates windows, like world of warcracft runs faster opengl and wine.
blizzard have option every game run in opengl, but you have to tick on opengl to enable in laucher app.
diablo 3 runs opengl and wine just fine.
most biggest reason is NO STUPID EXTRA BACROUND PROSSESSES like windows to slowdowns gaming sessios.

it's depends game how nicely work in wine, but still there is some cranky games won't work wine too.
